We process and dispatch orders within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. All shipments are delivered via Omniva parcel lockers throughout Lithuania, typically arriving within 1–3 business days. We strive to get your Rubai, footwear, and home essentials to you as quickly as possible.

Easy exchanges for sizing

Jei prekės dydis netinka, ją galima pakeisti į kitą dydį, jei prekės yra sandėlyje. Prekių keitimo atveju pirkėjas yra atsakingas už siuntimo išlaidas. Damaged or incorrect items

If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect item (although this is extremely rare), please contact us immediately. We always handle such cases responsibly.
